Whether a unit is rented seasonally, annually, gratuitously or used by family members, the owner is responsible for the proper registration and obtaining the approval of the association. The rental forms for all types of rental are available here and must be filled out in advance by either the owner, agent or renter and you will be prompted to pay any associated fees by following the links prompted. Reminder: Rentals are a 30 day minimum and each unit can have up to three rentals per year.

Once an agreement to purchase has been reached, an application must be submitted to the association for approval and the processing fees paid in full before the approval process can be completed by association management office. Our maintenance team is available to assist condominium owners and their guests with various common area maintenance issues Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Once your request is received, staff will evaluate your request and contact you if necessary with questions or scheduling. Most work orders are scheduled within 24-48 hours. If your lender requests information regarding the association insurance, scan your letter and attach it to an email that is addressed to:
condocertificates@gulfshoreinsurance.com
Request that a certificate be issued to the requester on the letter and that a copy is emailed to you for your records. Please do not have a copy sent to the office.

If you need wind mitigation or elevation reports, click here and look for the report that matches your address. The reports can be downloaded and emailed to your lender or broker.

Castel Del Mare is and always has been a no pet facility. The only variance from that original rule is the allowance of Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals which fall under state and federal rules and guidelines. Both have certain qualifications for approval to be on the property. Without this approval no animal of any kind may be brought to the property. For more information, contact the office.
